Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all content uploaded to and served through RunThis.page. By using the Service, you agree not to upload, host, or distribute content that falls into the categories below. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Prohibited Content

Content that violates any applicable law, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that facilitates human trafficking, content that violates export controls or sanctions, and content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

Malware and phishing

Pages designed to distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious software. Pages that impersonate other websites, services, or individuals to steal credentials, payment information, or personal data (phishing). Pages that exploit browser vulnerabilities.

Spam and deception

Pages created for SEO spam, link farming, cookie stuffing, click fraud, or redirect chains. Pages that use misleading metadata or content to deceive users or search engines.

Harassment and threats

Content that targets individuals with threats, harassment, doxxing, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Content that promotes violence against specific people or groups.

Abuse of service resources

Using pages to operate proxy services, file storage/sharing for non-HTML content, cryptocurrency mining, or any purpose that consumes disproportionate resources relative to legitimate HTML hosting.

Enforcement

We enforce this policy through a combination of automated content scanning and human review of user reports. When we identify a violation:

  1. The page may be immediately taken down if it poses an imminent threat.
  2. For less severe violations, we may flag the page and notify the owner before taking action.
  3. Repeat violations will result in account suspension or termination.
  4. We report CSAM to NCMEC and cooperate with law enforcement as required.

Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content on RunThis.page that violates this policy, please report it using our abuse report form. We review all reports and aim to respond within 24 hours.

Copyright and DMCA

If you believe a page hosted on RunThis.page infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to [email protected]. Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  • The URL of the infringing page on RunThis.page
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We will process valid DMCA notices promptly, remove or disable access to the infringing content, and notify the uploader.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.
