These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RunThis.page website and service ("Service") operated by RunThis.page ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

RunThis.page is a hosting service that allows registered users to upload single HTML files and share them via unique, publicly accessible URLs. Each uploaded page is served on its own isolated subdomain.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and limits are described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

If your subscription expires or is canceled, your hosted pages will become inaccessible until you resubscribe. We reserve the right to delete page data for accounts that remain unsubscribed for more than 90 days.

4. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share through the Service.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, serve, and cache your content as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim any ownership of your content.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, flag, or remove any content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. We may use automated systems to scan uploaded content. If we take down your page, we will attempt to notify you at your registered email address.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunThis.page shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your hosted pages will be removed.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
